Talks

I have over 10 years of experience working as an education and outreach specialist. I have given numerous talks to professional clubs, neighborhood groups, schools, scouts, and more! If I can fit it into my schedule, I am generally available to volunteer to give natural history talks. My availability varies but usually is on nights and weekends.

Check out my latest program guide below and consider emailing me if you are interested in me presenting to your group. I am able to present in person or virtually.

Workshops

I am a certified facilitator for Project WILD, Project WET, and Project Learning Tree. I have also run Growing Up WILD early childhood professional development workshops.

In addition, I LOVE to teach Master Naturalists and adult outdoor education classes on topics such as:

o Introduction to Plant Identification

o Introduction to Mammals

o Reading the Woods

Interested in a Program?

I love to volunteer to share nature with others. I often am available on evenings and weekends to provide talks, guided hikes, and/or workshops to community groups, clubs, Master Naturalists, and more.

I am available for programs in Maryland, mostly around the Baltimore-Annapolis area but can travel with advance notice. I often am able to provide programs for free, but also ask folks to consider donating to the Maryland Association for Environmental and Outdoor Education or the Maryland Envirothon program.

Shoot me an email if you are interested in booking a program!
